1. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are automatically calculated upon checkout and cost will depend on the weight and dimensions of the purchased product as well as the distance of the delivery. We make use of multiple shipping providers for the best rates some of which include MDS, Aromax, and Courier Guy.

2. SHIPPING TERMS

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only. We do not ship packages over weekends & public holidays. Our cut-off for order dispatch is 14:00 – orders placed after 14:00 will only ship the next business day. Orders placed over weekends and public holidays will ship the next business day.

Pending no delays with your order; we aim to process and ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order. If any issues arise or delays are foreseen, you will be contacted.

For back-ordered items in your cart; we will ship the items in stock to you per the above processing timeline. The back ordered item/s will be ordered and the expected delivery date will be confirmed to you via e-mail separately. Where we are able to combine the shipping of all your items (including back-ordered item/s) – we will do so and provide you with a single tracking number.

We make use of multiple courier companies. It is at our sole discretion to choose the courier company based on your location & the cost incurred to us.

Where FREE shipping is selected, we reserve the right to choose the cheapest courier option available to us and this may mean us selecting an “economy” service which may result in longer delivery times. You always have the option of selecting to pay for shipping instead of choosing FREE shipping.

3. DELIVERY TIMES

Once an order leaves our premises and is handed over to the courier, we cannot accept any liability for delays. It is your responsibility to contact the courier company should you wish to follow up and/or amend the delivery address, time, etc. Orders are delivered Mondays-Fridays and not over weekends.

The below delivery times after dispatch are for reference and are not guaranteed all the time. Delays, breakdowns, strike action, and Mother Nature happen… not always, but sometimes:

  • Gauteng: Delivery may occur anytime during the course of the next business day. If there are delays, delivery could be within 2 days
  • Major Centres (Cape Town, KZN, Nelspruit, etc): Delivery is generally overnight but in some cases, delivery can take up to 72 working hours (+/- 3 business days)
  • Outlying/Regional (these are areas without a major courier hub): Minimum delivery time is 72 working hours (+/- 3 business days) and in some cases may take up to 5 business days

Outlying/Regional areas are places like mines, remote locations, townships, etc. These areas may only be serviced on certain days and delays do generally occur. Please ensure that if you are ordering from these areas, you are aware that there may be additional delays in getting your package.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once we have packed your order, we generate a waybill with the respective courier. This waybill number is then shared with you along with a link to track your package. This service is offered by a 3rd party website & will provide you with up-to-date tracking information.

You may have to wait up to 12 hours after receiving the tracking information before anything reflects. This is because the couriers need to scan and upload the data after they’ve collected it before it can reflect.
