Time Limit for Returns:

Customers have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for a refund which will exclude any shipping charges.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Spare Parts
  • Downloadable software products
  • Physical discs

Required Documentation:

A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please retain your proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee:

Unopened hardware returns will be subject to a reasonable restocking fee of 15%. This fee covers expenses associated with processing returns.

Condition of Items:

We do not refund items that have been altered, damaged or are missing components unless the defect is due to our mistake.

Late Returns:

Items returned more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for refunds unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are not.
