In order to access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information about yourself. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Hashcode immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password. Hashcode will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
- Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Hashcode reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Hashcode reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
- Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
- Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated card or method of payment and authorize us to charge your order (including taxes, shipping, handling, and any other amounts described on the Site) to that card or method of payment. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, changes in shipping carrier service levels, or strikes.

Hashcode attempts to be as accurate as possible in describing its products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Hashcode is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. - Refunds & Returns
Due to the instability in the South African market, it is regrettable that only partial reimbursements can be authorized. This encompasses various expenses linked to each order that the company cannot cover, such as payment gateway fees, shipping costs, and the time and effort expended. The following guidelines will be in effect as referenced by our return policy.
- A restocking fee of 15% will be deducted for unopened hardware returns.
- Refunds will not be granted for items that have been altered from their original condition, damaged, or are missing components for reasons unrelated to our mistake.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for refunds (if applicable).
